What is STYREKX?
STYREKX (also raced as STYRKEPRØVEN Hybrid) leans heavier than most hybrid formats: maximal lifts are scored alongside the conditioning race, so pure engines do not automatically win.
History
Rooted in the Scandinavian strength tradition, STYREKX added a conditioning race to a classic strength test and found a new audience.
