HYBRIDCalendar

HYROX

8 km of running split by 8 functional workout stations.

What is HYROX?

HYROX is the standardised indoor fitness race: every athlete runs 1 km, completes a workout station, and repeats the loop eight times. Because the format never changes, times are comparable between Amsterdam, Berlin and Madrid, which is exactly why it became the reference point for hybrid racing in Europe.

History

Founded in Germany in 2017 by Christian Toetzke and former Olympic athlete Moritz Fuerste, HYROX grew from a handful of German expo halls into the largest mass-participation fitness race series in Europe, with sold-out arenas in nearly every major capital.
